200 South Street Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
A 60 day cancellation notice is required on large group bookings of 5 or more rooms, a deposit will also be taken per room.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high/low impact periods.
CONTACT FREE CHECK-IN: Upon arrival, we will provide a Welcome Envelope with your keys and additional information about your stay. Our staff will be on site to provide any additional assistance.
Parking: Our parking lot is currently under construction. We ask that all guests park at the Water Street Garage (200 E Water St), just down the street from our inn. We will provide validation vouchers in your Welcome Envelope to cover the cost of parking. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience as we look forward to completing this work soon.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking, Vaping, Incense, Open Flames inside (Damage charges may apply up to $550) ; however smoking is allowed out of doors.
200 South Street Inn does not provide facilities for pets. If traveling with pets please make arrangements for their boarding prior to arrival.
